The brush length is obtained by stacking circular brush segments on a tube or on a shaft.  The choice of filler or density (soft, medium, or hard) is made according to the work piece to treat and the machine.
For optimal use, each segment can be balanced and also balancing of the whole brush.  This operation is done for our clients according to their specific applications and tools.
