The double notch strip brush is formed by two electro-galvanized (zinc coated) or stainless steel strips (A and B).  The larger of the two (B) has notches (C), which are long enough to be closed around the smaller strip (A).  After insertion of the filler(D) the whole is then folded in half in order to bring the filler material ends side by side.
