Our tissue is cut out to the dimensions of the roll to recover, with or without positive or negative key ways.

This system presents the advantage to be able to adapt the discs to existing shafts.

The discs are then stacked and pressed to a Shore hardness corresponding to the type of use.

The rolls are then grinded to a final diameter.  Grinding can be straight or rounded.
